The Lord-of-the-Manor signaled to the musicians and they started playing.
Soon the garden was full of people dancing to the music. An old man in a flowing blue robe jumped in and joined the dance. His arms waved, his robe swirled, his hair streamed and his feet stamped.
“Play Faster!” He cried.
His dance became wilder as the rhythm reached its peak.
The Lord signaled ‘STOP’ to the musicians and whispered to the old man “you dance here but all my ships on the sea are breaking apart by the ripple of your whirls.”
