As long as there are people plotting mischief, and hoping to escape detection, there will be a market for weird, drab and featureless buildings. The owner had decided to book a loss.

Surprisingly the agent found a buyer who offered three times the market price for the warehouse in the ignoble part of the city.

It was converted in to a flat with an emergency-escape opening on the roof of the adjacent single floored warehouse (that was demolished).

A terrorist fleeing the police fell down and broke his leg.

A huge cache-of-arms was confiscated from the warehouse, post 9/11.
