Prompt ….
PHOTO PROMPT – © Rochelle Wisoff-Fields
Colonel Sanders (of KFC fame) cooked the chicken for the restaurant-owner to taste and decide on his terms. Legend has it that he heard 1009 “NO”s before he heard a “YES”. Subsequently, the colonel would visit the restaurant and hand over a packet of secret-herbs and receive a nickel for every piece of chicken sold.
Kucharsky used the herbs in all types of fries except chicken. He sat glued to the kitchen-window waiting for the colonel to deliver his packet.
Meanwhile the court-courier entered the dining-area on the main road with a notice for termination of the agreement.

I recently read about the craziness of KFC in Japan at Christmas..
I believe they make reservations for their Christmas meals far in advance.
Thank you and Seasons greetings.
Good story partly fiction and partly fact. It was blended well. Good job, Yarnspinnerr. 🙂 — Suzanne
