Ragahav had led a virtuous life. On his 60th birthday, he decided to strive for Moksha. He started looking for a mentor who could guide him on his quest. He met a number of wise men in his search. Finally he was directed to a wise man in a remote Himalayan village.
The man questioned – You wish for Moksha?
Yes sir!
Not possible.
You have no music in your soul. You have to come back a few more times before you qualify for union with the divine.

Suku (parrot) was named for her habit of repeating whatever she heard in her shrill voice, as a child.

On his deathbed, her father (a wedding fiddler) promised to get her the blessings of the angel of music from heaven.

Līgo Haībun Challenge ~ Down At The Crossroads

She collected information of  interest from the competitors of her employer and submitted the  Read and Destroy report to the CEO.  It was a mistake – she should have been a little vague and should have left out some details.  It could not be undone.

A mole on the other side had told her – she had been identified as a potential asset and that an attempt would be made to turn or capture her.

The guitarist turned up at the cross road in front of her window after two days and kept coming back each day.

She decided to go and check. A little camouflage gear from the trick box and she walked down the road and then stopped to hear him play.

 She felt the familiar itch on the nape of her neck as he strummed ……….
